Description

This is from images captured by Ednilson Oliveira, from Vila Mariana, São Paulo, Brazil. He used a C9,25 at f/10, ASI 120MC, from 20:12 to 22:14 UTC, on 2014/03/16.

Stacked by him, using AS2!, processed by me, with Registax + PixInsight + Photoscape.

Nice "3D" effect from the rapid transit of Io's shadow over Ganymede's, with both moons to the right of the frame. Io came nicely out of Jupiter's disc in the first frames. My friend hurried to start this capture, from his balcony, so the first part shows a softer look, due to inadequate acclimation of the C 9,25. Great capture Ednilson!
